How the Three Pricing Tiers Compare
All three tiers start with the same free evaluation and the same promise: if nothing comes back, there is no charge. The only thing that changes between them is how fast the work gets done.

The rush fee only moves a case to the front of the queue. It does not change what gets attempted or guarantee an outcome, and the fee promise applies the same way on every tier: No Data Recovered, No Data Recovery Fee.
A repair shop or IT provider that sends us a customer earns 10% of the recovery fee through our partner referral program.
What the Evaluation Actually Checks
A technician looks at the drive's controller, firmware state, and physical condition before anything is quoted, so the price reflects what the specific case needs rather than a flat rate.
Cases that only need a controller reset or a straightforward chip read usually land in the standard tier. Cases needing hours of clean-room work, microscope-level inspection, or hand soldering move into the tiers that reflect that additional time.
Getting Your Files Back
Files can be downloaded directly once recovery is complete, shipped back on a new drive, or both — the choice is yours, and the price for each option is shown before you confirm anything.
The download option is priced by total file size and is usually the fastest way to get back to work. The physical-drive option costs more but is worth it for anyone who wants a full offline copy rather than relying on a download link.
