My SSD Device has WATER DAMAGE. Can You Still Recover My Data?

YES! Data is recoverable even when devices have been damaged by salt water for months at a time. Almost any other type of issues that you can imagine are recoverable. Our Company CAN and WILL recover lost data from ANY severely damaged SSD device.

My SSD is Physically Broken, can I still recover data from it?

YES! It's still possible to recover data from a broken SSD drive that has been badly damaged, shot at, run over, dog chewed, other animal chewed, formatted, SATA ports broken, and any other issues (as long as the flash memory inside of the drive is not damaged, data recovery is possible, NAND Memory is usually not the part that has been damaged in 98.1% of ALL cases.). We will call you ahead of time before actually starting any higher level of recovery services. You are always in control through the whole process with your data recovery service. You always have the option of proceeding (or not) with any recovery level at all times. If you decide not to move forward with the recovery attempt, we will ship your device back or recycle it here at SSD Data Recovery. There is also a $20.00 Analysis fee that has to be paid with every order. This Analysis fee also covers the shipping of your SSD Drive/Data back to you. The Analysis of your device is performed upon the arrival of your package. After filling out the SSD Data Recovery Form, you will need to ship in the non-functional Device and include the $20.00 Analysis fee via a $20 Check, Cash or a USPS Money Order. We also offer a Rush Service option (see the SSD Data Recovery Form page for instructions on how to SUBMIT your case as a RUSH). You have the option of paying any additional fees via a Credit Card, PayPal, Personal/Business Check or a USPS Money Order once your device has arrived here at our SSD Recovery labs.

How Long Do you Take to Recover Lost SSD Data?

Once the devices arrive, most cases are recovered within 1-3 days, or less. The Harder (more time consuming) recoveries can take a a bit longer, usually no more than an additional 1-3 days in the lab.

Solid State Drive Recovery & SSD Data Recovery - Should I do anything to my SSD Device before Shipping to you?

DO NOT attempt to format your device, doing so can permanently erase any chance of a successful data recovery. Also, do not write any additional files or data to the SSD device in question! Carefully ship-out the Solid State Drive to us as is in a protective bubble wrap type of envelope or you may use a box. Recover SSD will do whatever is necessary to finalize your recovery as fast as is possible! Avoid any tampering with the SSD in order to prevent any further damage! Our main office (located in Parker, CO) will recover your data and get everything back to you as soon as possible.

What Does your company do to an SSD Before it is Shipped Back?

In the case that you choose not to move forward with any recovery attempts after the Basic Analysis, absolutely nothing will be attempted to recover this data for you. Our Basic recovery options consist of a minor circuit manipulation type of a recovery. The SSD recovery techniques performed here will not harm your device. We will not write to the Solid State Drive. All SSD's are shipped back to you via the physical address that you provided to us when you filled out the SSD Recovery Form. Any type of Data that was recovered is shipped back to you on a DVD (2 DVD's included with every recovery), USB Drive storage device, or a new Hard Drive unit (FTP downloads options are also available).

Can I or Should I Reuse a Broken SSD Device if it is Shipped back to me?

Solid State Drive recovery returns: In certain cases the damaged device can be utilized once again. For the most part, if the device has failed before it shipped out to us, it's not a great idea to utilize it again as it could fail again. If the SSD device is still functional, make sure to read the owners manual on the proper guidelines for use. Advanced Solid State Drive data recovery methods could utilize the replacing or repairing of damaged parts or circuitry; in a case case like this, we would need to take the device apart and replace any broken circuits or parts so that a proper data recovery solution can be possible.
